The 3rd Annual Santa Barbara Farm Day consisted of 15 different farms and produce locations. The locations that Righetti students volunteered at were Plantel Nurseries, Reiter Affiliated, Main Street Produce, Riverbench Winery, Innovative Produce, and Bonipak Produce. The volunteer's jobs were to greet and assist guests with checking in. They also answered questions visitors had. Throughout the day there were many great conversations with guests and insights about how important agriculture is. Overall, farm day was a hit and I know everyone can’t wait for the next one!
